We are excited to welcome you to Shared Way, Shared Witness: A Gathering on Ministry for a Collaborative Church, taking place May 19–22, 2026, at Villa Saint-Martin.

This gathering is designed to foster deep conversation, shared learning, and meaningful connection. Please register early to secure your place and take advantage of early registration rates.

Refund policy: Registrations can be cancelled until April 20, 2026. The registration amount, less a non-refundable deposit of $150 will be refunded. After April 20, 2026, no refunds are possible.

Discount: The discount for theological students applies to those undertaking a first degree in theology (Bachelor of Theology, Master of Divinity, etc.) who are actively preparing for ministry in a Canadian church but who are not yet ordained or recognized as ministry personnel. Students undertaking second or subsequent degrees in theology (S.T.M, D. Min., Ph.D., etc.) can register at the standard rate.

Registration for overnight guests is now full. If you would like to be placed on a waiting list should additional spaces become available, please email Joelle Patton at joellepatton@montrealdio.ca.

We are still happy to welcome day registrants, who would be responsible for arranging their own accommodation and transportation to and from Villa Saint-Martin. We may also be able to suggest nearby accommodations or hotels.
